Exchange and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Absolutely Wrong!

We offer refunds within the first 10 days of your purchase, and exchanges within 3 months of purchase.

Shipping of the exchange or return:

In the case of an exchange, we will cover the shipping costs of the returned item, but the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs of the replacement item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged item to reach you may vary.

In the event of a refund, we will cover the shipping costs, but the refund will only be for the amount of the products purchased.

Eligibility for refunds and exchanges:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Changes (if applicable)

For exchanges due to incorrect sizing, Absolutely Wrong will cover the shipping costs of the returned item, but shipping of the replacement item will be the customer's responsibility.

If you need to change your size, please email us at absolutelytienda@gmail.com and we'll explain the steps to follow.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

  • If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
